The youth hostel team is dedicated to ensuring that school groups feel at home! The warm atmosphere of the hostel, its unique location in the middle of the forest and the diversity of the large outdoor area invite guests to enjoy a stay with plenty of opportunities to run around and play.
The Ratingen Youth Hostel offers a range of exciting programmes for primary and secondary school pupils: they can follow in Robin Hood's footsteps, search for golden treasure or take part in an adventure rally. All participants in the „Hunters of the Night“ forest education programme are particularly impressed by the close contact with owls, eagle owls and falcons.
