„A conscious experience together“: wellness for mothers and daughters

Time together often gets lost in everyday family life. The wellness weekend programme at Wiehl Youth Hostel, which is explicitly aimed at mothers and daughters aged 6 and over, provides a remedy. Mothers and daughters spend a weekend together in the wellness youth hostel in the Bergisches Land region. The programme includes various wellness activities and many different creative and active options.

Consciously spend time together

„There are no separate activities during this leisure programme,“ explains Dominika Heider. She is Managing Director of the programme partner TEAMScouts and organises the weekends together with her employees. „We deliberately don't want to offer a wellness programme for mothers where the daughters are entertained. It should be a conscious experience together.“ That's why mothers and daughters do everything together on the weekend. „Sitting in the sauna, mixing and trying out cosmetics, marble foot bath, painting mandalas. It's all perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable weekend,“ says Dominika Heider.

Eight dates in 2025
