Wilderness knowledge weekend: Additional date at the end of October
Making a fire, archery, carving, collecting wild herbs, baking stick bread or burning wooden bowls: On the „Wilderness Knowledge Weekend“ family programme, families with children aged 6 and over learn a lot about nature and how to survive outdoors without any tools. The weekend programme, which is available as a long version in the Easter, summer and autumn holidays (Easter holidays fully booked), is so popular that all dates for 2025 are already fully booked. The good news is that Bad Münstereifel Youth Hostel has planned an additional date for all those who have so far missed out: From 31 October to 2 November, you will have another opportunity to have your wilderness knowledge put to the test by the professionals from the Belz Wilderness School.
