Barcamp

BarCamps bring up issues that concern employees - because they propose topics themselves, vote democratically on the agenda and lead discussion rounds as experts if their topic is chosen. Employee engagement at its best.

Brown bag session

This way, participants are also productive during the breaks! Give them topics for discussion while they eat in places that are more inspiring than a table.

Fish bowl

In this moderated discussion between experts in the inner circle („goldfish bowl“) and participants in the outer circle, the latter can either just listen or contribute with questions and their own knowledge. The method can be used with up to 100 participants without much preparation, provided there is enough space available.

Walking conversations

Get out into the fresh air! A short walk brings two to four people into direct dialogue with targeted conversation impulses.

The perfect alternative to scientific lectures: Several experts are available to answer questions from conference participants in short talks.

Where, for example? Several small conference rooms are ideal here. No problem: you'll find them in all our conference youth hostels.

Offsite meeting

Geocaching or climbing - active community experiences are the opposite of sitting down to learn. Bring your employees together for offsite meetings so that they grow together as a team in the long term.

Speed dating

One minute, then continue. Ideal for staging a brief exchange or getting to know each other.

World Café

You can use world cafés to actively involve your employees when change processes are imminent, for example.
