Accessibility statement

As a non-profit, registered association and recognised provider of independent youth welfare services, the Rhineland Regional Association of the German Youth Hostel Association (DJH) is particularly committed to making its services accessible to everyone. We therefore endeavour to make our websites and mobile applications accessible in accordance with the provisions of the Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSG) and Directive (EU) 2019/882. They should be designed in such a way that the provisions are implemented as effectively as possible. The specific technical requirements are set out in the statutory instrument pursuant to Section 3 (2) BFSG, in particular on the basis of standard EN 301 549.

The service portal of the DJH Rhineland Regional Association offers teachers the opportunity to access information about their booked school trip and obtain supporting materials in a secure login area. The website is aimed at teachers who have booked school trips to youth hostels in the Rhineland. No offers or products are presented for booking. Nevertheless, we strive to make the service portal as accessible as possible and are working on its continuous implementation.
