The summer highlights in Düsseldorf

• Düsseldorf France Festival (26-28 July 2024): For three days, over 100 exhibitors transform the banks of the Rhine in Düsseldorf into a little piece of France. In addition to crêpes, macarons, wine and cheese, there will be live music, street artists, exhibitions and readings about the neighbouring country.
• Alltours Cinema 2024 (01 August - 01 September 2024)On the banks of the Rhine next to the Rheinterassen in Düsseldorf, the Alltours cinema is once again showing a whole host of new blockbusters and popular classics under the motto „Film nights under the stars“. From „Barbie“ and „Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire“ to „Mamma Mia“, everything is on offer.
• Düsseldorfer Büdchentag (24 August 2024): Büdchen are much more than convenient shopping facilities. They bring people together and offer opportunities for socialising. It is not for nothing that the state of NRW included the drinking centre culture in the list of of the intangible cultural heritagetaken. This culture will be celebrated on 24 August at many of the participating kiosks.
• Ehrenhof Open (24 - 25 August 2024): For one weekend, the Ehrenhof will once again be transformed into an open-air area and offer visitors a colourful music programme with artists and bands from different genres and backgrounds. You can listen to musical influences from Gambia, Vietnam, China and Switzerland, among others.
• Gourmet Festival (23 - 25 August 2024): For one weekend, Düsseldorf's KÖ once again invites you on a culinary journey around the world. On more than two kilometres along the Kö-Graben, on the open spaces of the Kö-Bogen and on the meadow at Graf-Adolf-Platz, exhibitors offer high-quality food and drinks, delicacies and gourmet goods. An extensive programme of tastings, competitions and live cooking will accompany the Gourmet Festival Düsseldorf on all three days.
• Düsseldorf Festival (11 - 30 September 2024): For the 34th time, the popular festival brings the international dance, new circus, music and theatre scene to the Rhine.
• City beaches: You can once again relax and enjoy delicious food and drinks at three locations in Düsseldorf this summer. The beach programme offers live music, dance workshops and much more.
• Rhine beaches: the editors of Libelle magazine have put together the most beautiful spots on the Rhine.
• Caravan Salon trade fair (31 August - 8 September 2024): The world's leading trade fair for mobile travelling is coming to Düsseldorf once again. This year, the trade fair will present the special theme of „DIY conversions“ for all those who are thinking about converting, renovating or customising a vehicle on their own.
