A tree for friendship

From 20 to 22 September 2024, the board of the DJH Baden-Württemberg regional association met for a closed meeting at Cologne-Riehl Youth Hostel. Ludwig B. Lühl and Oliver Mirring also took part in the meeting for a few hours in their roles as Chairman of the Board and Managing Director of the DJH Rhineland. Topics discussed included structural development in both regional associations and sustainability in the German Youth Hostel Association. As a sign of the strong bond between the two associations, a friendship tree was planted in the grounds of the youth hostel by the two chairmen, Dr Susanne Pacher and Ludwig B. Lühl.
