Quality time for mums and daughters
What does your everyday family life actually look like? In most families, the children go to school or nursery in the mornings while the parents work - 66.6 per cent of them full-time (source: results of the 2022 microcensus). So it's no wonder that time together between parents and children is rare. This makes it all the more important to make time for each other occasionally. Quality time: This is the time when you consciously spend time together, talking, playing or getting cosy on the sofa.
Admittedly: It's not that easy in hectic everyday life. However, every minute and every situation can become valuable quality time, e.g. by incorporating rituals into your everyday family life. Talk about your day at the dinner table. What did you experience? How about telling one true and one made-up story? It's guaranteed to be funny! Do you have any other ideas for quality time? Share them with us on Facebook and Instagram.
